A Saks Fifth Avenue look from the 1980's that we simply adore! That bow! The dress is constructed in an ivory satin with matching statement bow and back metal zipper closure.  Top is lined in what feels like nylon, and the skirt has two chiffon layers over a satin lining.  Shoulders are padded.
